Every once in a While JotForm link to forward when a customer complete an inquiry is not being forwarded to our email address. We are finding clients inquiries DAYS LATER; some forms are being forwarded to us and some forms are not.

You have to check your email settings and make sure that it is setup correctly. This guide should help you about it:
If it's already configured, please check your spam/junk folder for the form emails. The emails may have been filtered as spam. I would suggest checking your webmail access if you are currently using an email client.
We also recommend doing the following in advance to boost up the email deliverability;
1. Add email@example.com to your safe sender or contact list.
2. Whitelist jotform.com as a safe domain.
