Hi, I've recently changed all my forms and am using one of your free theme templates. All changes to all forms were successful EXCEPT for the following form. For some reason, it doesn't want to accept the new theme completely. Here it what it SHOULD look like when published:

I was able to reproduce the issue as well. It seems there is issue with the free Brick wall theme in our Theme Store.
It is working only when applied on a new created form.
I will report this to our next level support so they can check and fix the theme.
