    Why is an email recipient restricted access?

    I added one of my board of directors to list of persons who receive email notifications of my Incident Reports, but this morning she received an error message that stated, "Unauthorized Access.  Your account does not have access to this form. Please Switch Accounts or view your forms."

     

    Please help resolve this issue.

    The page you're trying to access is your form submissions page. This can only be accessible when you are logged in to your account KenSutton. Make sure you are still logged into this account.

    If you want to share your form submissions page to someone else, make it public. Guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/199-How-to-Share-Form-s-Submissions-Page

    EltonCris, thank you for your suggestion; I followed the instructions you provided and sent the public link off to one of my board members to test.  I will let you know if there were any problems.
