How can build a resume form which can be uptaded by my users

Dear Officer;

We are a portal site. We have two different membership type. We have three consideration before signing up / purchasing pro plan

1.      Student member should complete a resume, and should be able to update the completed resume whenever they need.

2.      The other membership type, Supporter member should be able to build short survey form to get feedbacks after events or get opinions before event.

3.      As a admin; we must entegrate results of these forms with our SQL database with least security issue (if there are somesecurity issue, can you recommend how we can overcome these issues)

Do you have solutions for each considerations?
