I could see that you have at least 2 current forms created in your account.
BUT if you meant to login to the JotFrom builder to view/edit your forms in ipad or iphone, I'd like to inform you that the form builder will not work on this devices.
You can only use the completed or deployed forms on this devices, but using the application form builder will required keyboard + mouse to function properly.
Please try checking in your computer or desktop PC to check your forms and account.
