I need help with my Billing

    Hi Jotform,

     

    This month I had been charged SGD $244.90 from my account.

    My plan is should have only been $19, which is the Bronze package.

    Can you help to check why the I was charged so much?

    Hello Kenny,

    I checked your account and what I found is that you are on an annual subscription. This is the reason why you are charged that much. I also do not see any subscription for your account which is on a monthly renewal.

    You may also check your invoice history on your billing page in order to check your payment history: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing
