I purchased a yearly subscription during your most recent subscription campaign. Why am I being charged monthly when I paid for a year?

You have subscribed to our Economy Yearly Plan on January 21, 2017. However, you've complained of a double billing through this thread https://www.jotform.com/answers/1041932, and my colleague has fixed it for you by canceling and refunding the Economy Plan. The gold monthly plan is kept, that's the monthly payments are for.
You've also emailed us on January 22, 2017, and my colleague has responded to your inquiry telling you that you have the Gold Plan.
