My account is suspended

    Hi, I messed up my password too many times, so my account is auto-suspended 

    But it's been like 24 hours and I still can't access it - I even changed the password, so I know I'm using the right one.

     

    What can I do?

    You are asking users to designate a password in the form. This triggers our system filter to auto suspend your account. You are using http://www.adcesp.org.br/ in your forms, but you are using Gmail. Are you a staff from this organization? If so, please send us an email to support@jotform.com using their email domain so we can verify and reactivate your account.
