Getting 2 copies of the notification and autoresponder for each submission

    BUT, we are getting sent 2 copies of the notification email to me and the
    auto responder email to the registrant. How can I fix that?

    I have submitted a test entry without a payment and then manually completed it from 'Incomplete Payments'. The emails were not duplicated, so hopefully that issue is resolved too.

    I have reset your submissions counter so you can submit more test submissions.
