PDF download link not supporting multilingual

Hi,

I have created a form in 2 languages - English and Spanish. I have also used the "Download PDF Submission" option in an automated mail so that the person receiving the mail can download the filled in details in the form of a pdf.

However, when I fill in the form in Spanish, the details in the pdf stays in English. Is this a glitch or the multilingual support in pdf is not yet available? 

Can you tell us the URL of your form that have multiple language on it? I could not find it in your My Forms list at this time. We will review further once we identified the form.

As far as I know, the submission PDF report will not dynamically change language as well when using  the language tool in the form. The dynamic option is only possible via the Email or the Thank You page of the form.

But what is possible is if your account language settings is set to non-English (i.e. your Form Builder is using Spanish) then the forms you create will have in the same language settings. This means that your form questions/fields and data will be on same language(Spanish). Then this will also make the submission PDF report/attachment use the language(Spanish)

You can also customized the submission PDF so that it has a static/fixed language. Example, you can change all the fields/questions and labels on the form to have Spanish text.
