I get two menus showing when I click a link. in TEXT field

    I have embedded a jotform into my website and it displays fine. However, when I go to click a link on the form titled "compliance questionnaire" the questionnaire displays on a different page but with two navigation menus showing instead of one (see screenshot). Please note that the URL for the link is http://50001.epsiloniom.com/compliance-questionnaire

    Can someone help me please?

    I was able to see the issue on your form. To fix, you need to correct the URL link target window in the TEXT field. Set the link to open in new window by assigning the target="_blank" parameter in the a href tag.
