I made a form a few weeks ago on this website which automatically saved and was here every time I came on the website. I am trying to make a form which I can print off and fill out for my clients. I tried to save my form as a PDF but it never saved properly. I came back to this site today and now the form I made isn't available anymore.
Is there a way I can save the form as a PDF that will actually work so that I can print it off?
Is there a way I can access the form that has been deleted from the site? Are they only saved for a certain amount of time?

Hello, Lauren. There should be no problems with downloading the PDF version of the form. Can you try clearing your browser's cache and try downloading it again? Otherwise, can you please share with us the link to the form so we can also check it out?

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately I can't find the form anywhere
now so I can't send you the link. I will have to start again and create the
form again I think. I will clear the cache and create a new form and then
hopefully the PDF will work.

It seems you are not logged in to your JotForm account and that is the reason why you are unable to see your form.
Are you looking for following forms which you have created:
Upon taking a closer look, it seems you do not have any account yet. All the above forms are associated with guest account. This type of accounts are created if you do not sign up / sign in to your JotForm account and start building form.
I would suggest you to please "Sign Up" for a free account with your email address firstname.lastname@example.org and you forms should automatically move to your new account. Do get back to us with your new account username if you do not see your forms, we will manually move the forms to your new account.
We will wait for your response.

I suspect that you created a form previously under a guest account. The reason why you could not find it anymore is because either you have used a different computer/browser other than the browser or computer that you have used for creating forms, or that the cookies on your browser already expired, which may have lost your connection to the guest account which you have created forms in.
My colleague, Ashwin, provided a link to some forms. Can you identify if those are the forms you say are missing? Here are the links to the forms again, please check them out:
