Once I submit a form entry a Thank You page appears which prevents me from entering another submission. How do I prevent the Thank You page to appear? Once data is submitted, I wish to have a fresh data Form so I may enter more data.
I have also linked JotForm to my Google Docs which is love. Question, is there a way to properly delete submissions from my Form database hence removing from my Google Spreadsheet?

Do you mean to say that you want to open the same form after the form is submitted? You can set custom thank you URL in form to redirect users to same form. You need to grab your form's direct URL and add it in form's custom thank you URL. You may like to take a look at the following guide which should help you on how to redirect users: https://www.jotform.com/help/38-Redirecting-Users-to-a-Different-Page
Hope this helps.

That worked!! Now I have another question. If a form user enters a new value not listed by us will the new value be saved and added to our lists? The two data fields in question are Club Model and Shaft Model.

If the user enters anything in those fields they will be saved with the submission. Your submission data will record what they typed in.
Gives us this submitted data:
If you mean is it possible for those values to be added as options in your form, I'm afraid unfortunately that it is not. Because you cannot prepopulate a list dynamically. You would have to add those options yourself manually.
