Intento enviar una imagen por email pero me envia un enlace

El problema es que estoy intentando enviar una imagen por email para que entre como una entrada en blogger. todo funciona perfecto menos la imagen, la imagen deberia tener un formato IMG pero me aparece como un enlace de descarga y no se muestran correctamente en el blog.

¿¿ Como puedo solucionar este problema ??

I'm not really sure if I understood your concern correctly.

If you want to display the image in your email content, then you can use the IMG attribute in the field tag.

Example: {IMG:imagen1}

I believe you already have this, here's a screenshot of your email alert:

You need to do this on your other file upload field if you want to display the image in the email itself.

However, note that the image may or may not display based on the email client that you are using. It might be blocking the image source directly. If you could share us a screenshot of the issue, that would help us better to understand the problem.
