How to select matching email under intergration with Mailchimp?

I am try to intergrate MailChimp to my form. However there is no email for me to select under "Match your field" . Kindly revert back to me. Thanks 

Match your field means that you can match fields in your form with your MailChimp account, you will need to add an email field in your form to be able to add it to the integration. Please see the guide below for more details:
