    Unable to load file error when doing copy paste of multiple cell data in spreadsheet

    Hi,

     

    I have real estate inquiry form. When i generate the google sheet and try to copy the data, the google sheet gives any error saying "Unable to load the file. Try to load it again or send an error report."

    This happens only with the spreadsheet generated from jots form integration, other google sheets don't have this issue. So i know problem is not from the google drive. i have cleared the cache from the browser as well as from my jot form account. 

     

    Also i know i can download it as an excel sheet. But i am pretty sure the integrated sheet is not updating. So each time i have to generate a new sheet to get the updated data.

    I have cloned your form and tested the integration with my test account, and I was able to copy and paste without issues, please see below:

     

    I'm not sure what's the cause of the issue since I can't reproduce, but sometimes the integrations need to be refreshed, can you try removing the integration and integrating again? If the issue still persists, please let us know so we can assist you further.

    I am actually having the same issue.

    I tried reintegrating and it didn't work. I see that only my jotform sheets are having this issue

    I was able to reproduce the issue on our Google spreadsheet integration. I have submitted a bug ticket report to our higher team support.

    We are experiencing the same problem. Any solution for this? It's quite an urgent matter in our case.

    Our developer have now fixed the issue with copying multiple cells data in sheet used by google spreadsheet integration.

    The issue was related to Google spreadsheet cells that do not have borders on it.

    You can apply the fix in 2 ways on your form current google spreadsheet integration.

    #1 Redo the google spreadsheet integration of the form. Removing the integration and adding it back again to the form will update the related sheet in the spreadsheet integration.

    #2 Manually add the cells borders in the Sheet used in google spreadsheet integration. This should fix the issue without removing the existing google spreadsheet integration.

    Example:

     

    Let us know if issue still persist.

    Still facing the same integration issue. Was working fine for some time but now the spreadsheet is not auto updating.

    I have tried integrating one of my test forms on Google Spreadsheet and it is working fine on my end. I have cleared your form cache. Can you try to reintegrate again the Google Spreadsheet integration on your form and check if the issue is now fixed? If the issue still persists, please inform us so we can forward this to our development team.

    Still facing the same issue, have to keep on regenerating the sheet to get new submissions. The spreadsheet does not auto update.
