Forms sharing failed

    Good morning I am a user of premiun account and I created three accounts to share forms with external freelance, due to the inexperience of one of them, I decided to use a restricted access to only 2 forms, but giving all the available permissions (see send and edit Forms) The user with whom I want to share the 2 forms is the image below

    In the following image it is seen that the forms sent "have" content, which I want the user lauraborreda can manage

    When the user (lauraborreda) accedes, to both forms I find that the content of the shipments is empty, so that it can not manage the shipments nor take excell with the collection of the same.Forms sharing failed Image 3 Screenshot 82

    It is due to some application failure or I am doing something wrong. Please tell me how to pre-register in order to use an account to share only the desired forms.

    But all the forms are exposed and visible, which I do not want to happen

    As I check the screenshots provided, I observe that your account is enabled to use EU server. However, the shared account lauraborreda has not enabled this option in his/her account which is causing the issue.

    Please note that it is required to have the both accounts use the same server in order to view the submission data. Please ask the other user to enable this option from the Data section in the Account settings so that they should be able to view the submissions normally.
