once the 100 submissions are used, what happens?

what does the 'per month' basis mean? does the counting start at the beginning of each month or after the #1 form is submitted?

Hi gillian and thanks for contacting us.

Counter start at beginning of each month (1st day of each month).

If you exceed monthly limit your account will be suspended and you can't receive other submissions.

Your account will be unsuspended next month.

    Hope this helps.

i just thought of one more question:once account is suspended? what happens?do the person trying to open the link get a message that account is suspended?will i get a message?or maybe, the link wont simply open. - i was trying to open the order form of one site, and it simply wont pop up.

    Hi,

Once your account reaches maximum limit, it is on Overlimit and your forms are disabled. This means you customers cannot submit any form to your account and they will get a message "form disabled".

The solution would be to upgrade your account to Premium or professional account and enjoy higher form submission quota allocation. The limits are higher for Premium/Professional users. So, if you really need to enjoy uninterrupted form submission, you should probably consider our $9.95 plan.
