I have input most of the translation I need to complete the form. When I preview the document not all of the translation input is showing up. I've published it to see if that shows something different. Still not all the translation showing.
Don't know what to do to make this work.

The current form language is set to Français, but it looks like that the form was created using English language.
You will need to change the current form language from Français to English. Unfortunately, it also means that you will need to re-add the translations from the scratch.
I have escalated a ticket to our developers to see if we can prevent such issues from happening again.
