I have inserted a jotform in my website.
Yesterday I received a mail from jotform saying that my limit of 20 submissions is already reached for this month.
I didn’t know there was a limit, could you please indicate to me the procedure to increase this limit?
I don’t remember if I created an account for this jotform (I think I ve created this form under the guest user?).
The jotform is the following: http://form.jotformeu.com/jsform/21576291601350
Could you please explain to me, how Jotform will link this form to my account - jeremetcaro (that I ve created yesterday)?
Thanks in advance for your fast reply.

Hi Caroline and thanks for contacting us.
I've checked your form and it was created with a registered user on 2012-08-12 (username: jeremetcaro
You're registered and your monthly limit is: 100 submissions per month.
I don't know why you've received this email but I think that you was guest and you tried to register with same email address (good choice).
Now you have a 100 submissions limits and I think that it's perfect for your form usage :)
Best wishes for your wedding :)
Hope this helps.

Unfortunately, I ve tested and
I receive the notification mails but I do not see the template is filled in in my google document... Is it because I ve to pay something?

You don't need to pay anything. I have cloned your form and have integrated it with Google Docs and it was working fine. Responses were automatically sent to Google Docs spreadsheet instantly.
Please try to remove the current Google Docs integration and re-integrate.
Let us know.
