how can I set the from email address to a value submitted on a form?

The form I've created with jotform takes various inputs including an email address. I would like to have the received email address be used in the outgoing messages in two ways:

1. The entered email need to be the recipient of one of the emails sent out (I can currently do this as there is a drop down with choices)

2. The entered email needs to the the sending email (reply to) in another of the emails sent out (this I cannot adjust as per each submitter)

How do I make the needed changes to have this done in a jotform?
