    Tentei fazer upgrade para o plano bronze. Faltou internet e quando voltou, não consegui mais entrar com meu login e senha, pois dizia que foi auto suspenso. O que faço agora. não posso perder os dados que estão lá.

    Your account (leomuniz) is currently suspended. Our phishing tool suspended your account automatically. I checked your form and I found out that you have a field that is asking for a password.

    Collecting login credentials are not allowed here in JotForm. Here's an excerpt from our terms of use:

    Phishing. You agree that Company may terminate your JotForm Service immediately if a form's purpose is found to be deceptively obtaining: sensitive credit card information, social security numbers, user login credentials, or other sensitive personal information. All these activities are considered as Phishing and any account along with the violating forms will be suspended immediately.

    Collecting Sensitive Information. You may not use the JotForm to collect certain types of sensitive information, including but not limited to credit card information and any type of login credentials.

    We need to delete the guilty fields first so that we can re-activate your account. If that is okay with you, please let us know.

    We'll wait for your reply. Thank you.

    Okay. Sorry, I did not mean to cheat anything. I just wish only the registered student could respond to the quiz I'm doing. You can delete the field without problems. Thank you for your attention.

    I have now removed the guilty field and re-activated your account. Your forms should work properly now.

    I still can not enter. The Sign In button does not work. It gets darker, but nothing happens later.

    A question:
    Is the form being embedded via embed in a page of a site that requires registration of users will be violated the rules?
    Example:
    To enter the site and visit the page where the form with the quiz is found, the student will need to "register on the site", not the form; So you will not be providing any stealth data related to anything other than entering the site itself. Does that break the rules?
