Why is my new form field not being submitted?

    I've created a new field called "Full name", with first and last name form fields.  When the form is submitted, this field is not included in the received email.  Instead, a blank field called "Name" is included.

    That happens when you modify a form with an existing notification. Notifications will not auto update it self when a form update is made.

    You would need to remove the current notification setup and re-create it. That way all active fields will be included.
