How to display options of dynamic dropdown to be displayed in separate columns of integrated google spreadsheet?

I am making a registration form for instrument lessons where each registrant needs to list their instrument, what book they are playing in, and what piece they are working on.  When I integrate this with google sheets all of this information drops into a single cell, rather than each into their own cell.  Is there any way that I can have each choice show in its own cell?

Please note that each question of your form will only be disabled in separate column of integrated google spreadsheet.

Unfortunately no. It is currently not possible to display the option of dynamic dropdown widget to be displayed in separate columns of google spreadsheet.
