I am trying to understand why paypal will not accept my payment after filling out the form. I have two businesses with Competitive Edge and DND Elite being those. I am using the forms for both. The form I have for DND elite works and accepts the payment. The form I have with Competitive Edge will not allow me to submit payment. Screenshot is below of what it tells me. Hope I can get some help with this!

I presume this is the form you're referring? http://www.jotform.us/form/71965431851158

This form worked for me upon testing. It redirects to Paypal's checkout page.

Did you manage to fix the problem? Or are you referring to a different form?

Sorry, but I can't proceed on making an actual payment since it would require real money.

But let me please clarify that since the correct amount was passed to Paypal, then there's no problem with the form. Within the checkout page, it is Paypal that will take over the next steps and has nothing to do with JotForm anymore.

However, for as long as the amount is correct on Paypal's check out, it should be processed by Paypal as soon as the user completes the payment.

I'd suggest making an actual payment in your form, set the price temporarily to $0.01 so you can make actual submissions with a minimal amount.

Furthermore, make sure that Paypal IPN is enabled in your Paypal account. This is necessary for the payment submissions to be processed properly. http://www.jotform.com/help/272-Paypal-Incomplete-Payments-FAQ
