Is there a way to hide some fields for approval?

Hi there, I work for the University of Melbourne and we would like to know if there is a way to:

-Have a form that has some fields available for the client to fill in, and others left locked that we can go in and fill in at a later date, and then export it as a PDF?

    -

Does it have API compatibility? As we currently work with a program called Streamtime that we would like the info added to jotform to go into automatically.

    -

Is there an upgrade to jotform? As if we have to log in to the back end and try and find an old form, it take a very long time having to scroll through all the pages, and each page takes a long time to load.

    -

We would potentially look at switching from Streamtime to a different program that links with Jotform, if there is one that links well and suits all of our needs. We run all of the print and design for the Uni, so we need print software (ie with fields for the various print stocks, log time spent on jobs by our designers, put in quotes from suppliers, export quotes for clients etc. That is obviously a very basic run down of what we need to give you a basic idea to see if there's anything that comes to mind?

Any help you can give on the above would be greatly appreciated.

Hey Georgina - From how you described it, you want to review a submission (e.g. sort of an approval workflow). Instead of locking some fields, you may conditionally hide them instead using Conditions.

We'll address them all separately as soon as possible.
