Can I disable the security window between the submit button and the thank you page?

I did a test submission to the form (http://www.jotform.us/form/71974546558169) and I was not able to replicate the issue. I didn't encounter any security window after clicking the Submit button. I got redirected to the Page URL: http://mysalesqb.com/main/.

Is the form embedded to a website? If yes, please share it so we can check it further. Also, could you please try using a different internet browser and see if the issue persists.

Please find a simple_spc field in source code, and change its value.

To: 71974546558169-71974546558169

Then try to submit the form again.
