Ccan I use JotForm on another system via API?

Hi, 

I would like to know that is there any package that provided the library/API from jot form in order to build and plugin or embedded to other system? if yes, may I know the package pricing and the acquisition process? :)

You can freely get your form's full source code and host it on your own server. Here's a guide that you can follow: https://www.jotform.com/help/104-How-to-get-the-Full-Source-Code-of-your-Form. 

If you want to integrate your own system, then you can use JotForm's API, here's the link to our documentation page: http://api.jotform.com/. 

Free and paid accounts can use the features and settings I listed. So meaning that no matter how it still need to create account and use the form builder through internet with jotform. and couldn't able acquired the development library's plugin license to other system without internet access.

That's correct, you still need to create an account to use our Form Builder. Signup would only take a minute https://www.jotform.com/signup

It's worth mentioning that you can still build forms when offline. As soon as you connect to the internet, the Form Builder will upload all your changes at once. You can build even when offline but you can't view/preview your changes. One indicator that the Form Builder is saving your progress even while offline is the "Working Offline" text at the top of the Form Builder.

Going back, you coined the keyword "pricing and acquisition" but you can't buy JotForm in its entirety. Your options are to either use our API or use JotForm Anywhere.
