We run all of the print and design for the Uni, so we need print software (ie with fields for the various print stocks, log time spent on jobs by our designers, put in quotes from suppliers, export quotes for clients etc. That is obviously a very basic run down of what we need to give you a basic idea to see if there's anything that comes to mind?

I'm thinking what you're ultimately trying to know is whether you can print your forms in JotForm or not.
If what you need is a print out of the form, as is, without your user's data in it, just add a Print Button to your form.

If you want to print your forms with your user's data in it, follow this guide instead.

Alternatively, if what you needed to print are a collection of all your user's submission data, you may export/download them first in your preferred format (XLS, CSV or PDF), then print them from there.
