how do i delete old jotforms?

hello,

i've tried to click on delete for several forms and they won't seem to delete. I've also tried to delete the submissions first and then delete the form but doesn't work either.

please can you suggest how to delete them?

You should be able to delete by clicking the delete option, it is strange that you're not able to delete forms. I have checked your account and I can see that you have some forms shared with you. Please note that you should be deleting the forms that you own in your account, so it should be between these forms:

Also, can I suggest logging off, deleting your browser's cache and logging on again, if the issue still persists, please let us know so we can look into it further.
