    My Forms: not all forms are showing up in my account after migrating to EU DataCenter

    Due to the necessary migration of my forms to the eu.jotforms server to be able to permit the consultation of the data to a freelance by "sharing" access to 2 forms.

    I have detected that of the 272 forms indicated by the transfer plugin that I have created, I only have 50. Where are the rest, can you transfer them?

    You should access your forms using https://eu.jotform.com domain. You have all your forms under your account. Here's a screenshot:

    Maybe the migration takes time, that's why you didn't see the list on time. You should see them now, please check again.

    Hello Welvin

    I access  using https://eu.jotform.com domain. with my account

    I am using Chrome browser Version 59.0.3071.115 (Official build) (64 bits), I have also tried it with Explorer 11.0.9600. It seems that the problem is that I do not visualize more than 50 forms, that I do not have the possibility of scrolling to be able to see the 239 forms, since I do not appear in any case below "see more"

     

     

    Not to "see" all the forms prevents me from selecting them, as I do not remember the name I have given them and conditions their use for cloning, activevion, see shipments, etc.

    There´s a solution?

    I have just viewed your forms, and indeed, not all of them are showing up in your account. Let me forward this matter to our developers for them to take a look further. I think those forms are stuck in our servers during the migration process. We will let you know here as soon as we have an update.
