    forms are not free. the impression you gave was incorrect

    remove me and my e-mail

    I reviewed your account/username  johnaj27  and I see it is on the FREE plan at this time. I also noted that there were no forms on the account yet.

    I am not sure yet at this time why you got the wrong impression about the FREE account since your are currently on the FREE plan.

    You can review again the subscription packages in the JotForm Pricing page here.

    For the FREE plan you get all the features working similar to the paid plans. You can have up to 5 forms on your FREE plan.

    Since you are already on the FREE plan, the next lowest option is to delete the account. Please let us know if this is what you meant by 'cancel' your account.
