Error on our page

    For some reason several people who have tried to sign up for our 2017 Atlanta Catechist Conference have gotten an error message on our A1 page and it won't let them proceed forward. Also, some people are saying their session they signed up for, we are using the appointment widget, isn't showing up on the final chart when they review their submission before submitting. But the big issue is the message saying "There are errors on this page. Please fix them before continuing."

    I just filled your form, and it let me navigate through the pages without an issue:

    It could be possible that they are not filling a required field, and that is the reason why they can not go to the next page. Also, as you could see in my previous animated image, the final table where the people can see their selected answers shows the selection I made through the Appointment widgets.

    Please let us know if this issue happens on a specific browser. Also, if you have embedded your form in a webpage, share the URL of the page where the form is embedded.
