Unfortunately, Unique ID widget is always hidden on your form. There is no current option that will enable you to display the Unique ID field on the form. Unique ID is generated upon submission which is the reason why this is always hidden. The Unique ID field upon load of the form is set to empty. Once the user clicks submits, the Unique ID will be generated. This logic is implemented to avoid gaps between the unique IDs generated.

For example, if three people load the form and it shows them UID_1, UID_2 and UID_3 and then the second person does not complete the form, there will be a gap in the ids.

If you want your user to see the generated Unique ID, you can add the field to your Thank You page.Display Unique ID widget on form Image 1 Screenshot 30

Once user submitted the form they will see the Unique ID generated at the Thank You page.
