I submitted a request for the Education Discount, but have not heard anything back. I would like to purchase the Gold Package as soon as possible.

Upon submitting your application, allow us up to 24 hrs for the approval. Once you get approved you should get an email like this:
Click the See Discounted Pricing Plans button to upgrade your account. Note that if you can't see the discounted prices, you need to clear your browser cookies for Jotform, log in and click the button again.
