I have a website through weebly, and I use an online application through jotform on it. It used to work fine, but I can no longer see my applications on weebly or jotform. And now, i have people submitting applications, but I cannot view them in weebly or jotform. I know this because they call, and I double check my account to see if i received it.
I used to have over 80 applications from jotform and now i can't even see those and my new ones aren't coming through. How do I fix this?

Your form has 4 submissions. You can view them on the submission page of your form.
I also tested your embedded form and it is working properly. I submitted the form and my test submission is shown on the submission page. You now have 5 submissions.
I also checked history on your account and I saw that you have deleted one submission.
Your form never had 80 submissions. Do you maybe have some other form on some other account? Your account springhousegrille was created on 2017-06-15.
