Reoccuring payment notifications

Hi, 

I have set up an auto-renew option within the Stripe payment widget. Is there a way we can get notification emails to send when this occurs? 

Currently, we have email notification triggered when the submit button is clicked. But would be great if we could also have specific email notification sent when the auto-renew subscription takes place. 

Is this something that JotForm can do?

I would like to apologize, unfortunately, the feature you are looking for is not available within the form since, as you have also mentioned, sending of email alerts happens only during form submission. Although you can set to send email autoresponders at a later time, we do not have a way of sending email alerts automatically.

I can send a feature request regarding this on your behalf, however, there is no guarantee that it will become available anytime soon.
