I saw someone else was having this issue and was on the bounce list. Is that's what' happening to me too?

I was unable to find an account related to the email address you used to open this post, but I found an account related to your IP address.
The username is HeartwoodALC and the email address used there is "j****c@h********a**.org". The email address is not in our bounce list and I can see there are multiple password reset emails sent. Please, check the inbox (you may also check the junk/spam folder) on that address since emails should be there.
