    Hi,

I need to make a formulary to be able to receive inscription for an association.

As there is many people, I would like to be able to add a picture of the member to recognize them easily.

What could be the best way ?

I've been trying with the plugin "TAKE photo" :

    A) with google spreadsheet

unfortunately there is a link but no images : [Photo_72db913.jpg] https://eu.jotform.com/widget-uploads/takePhoto/633342337444350/Photo_72db913.jpg

    B) with google drive

unfortunately I've got some PDF and no more Spreadsheet...

    C) with JOTFORM

Unfortunately there's no spreadsheet and I would like to have all this in my google directory to be able to share it easily...

    Thanks

I am currently checking your form. I will be back as soon as I find a solution.

If I am getting it correctly, you want to have the information of your users in both of the following formats:

    - in spreadsheet format.

    - in image (or PDF format containing the thumbnail of the image uploaded)

I can see that you have integrated your form http://www.jotformeu.com/form/63334233742350 with both Spreadsheet and Google Drive integration. With these integrations, you should be able to get the information you needed. Please see below.

    The information in a spreadsheet.

The image thumbnail in a file.

If on the other hand, you prefer that the thumbnail of the image show in the spreadsheet, unfortunately, it is not currently possible. I would suggest you try either Grid or HTML Table Listing Report to show image thumbnail while the data are in format similar to a spreadsheet.
