Send email alert to a different email address based on a condition

I need some brain storming please:-)

We have 4 outlets, on the checkout we want the user to choose a town(where he lives), each outlet has it's delivery zone, so let's say:

    Zone A

    Town 1

    Town 2

    Town 3

    Town 4

    Zone B

    Town 5

    Town 6

    Zone C

    Town 7

    Town 8

    Zone A = Email 1

    Zone B = Email 2

    Zone C = Email 3

Now when the user chooses a town, a copy of the order is sent to the correct email(specified in the zone).

Do you have any clever way to do this please?

We do not want to let the user choose the delivery outlet as it is cause queuing problems in our shops, by having zones we can equal the delivery orders.

    Please help,

You can apply conditional logics to accomplish that so when the dropdown is EQUAL TO  any city or zone , then it will be sending a message to a particular email address.

Please check this guide I made some time ago
