When people fill out my for they are getiting a jot form with the same info

Hello when customer are completing our form on our website, the form goes to my email as it is supposed, but it also goes to their email, how do i stop them from getting this?

I'm guessing you have autoresponder set up, you can simply delete the autoresponder from your notifications list. Please follow the guide below:
