Why am I getting a "You're almost out of space" warning message when I log in to my account?

Hello, I am seeing an alert when logging in saying our account is almost out of space, but I'm not seeing any indication of how much space our plan comes with and how much is still available. Also is there not a way for me to clear up some of the used space to avoid upgrading?

Upon checking your account I see that you are with our Economy plan and right now the only limit where your account is almost near to reaching is the Upload Storage/Space Limit.

Upload Storage/Space limit as mentioned in this guide — Understanding-Your-Account-Usage-and-Limits, refers to the total size of files uploaded through your forms that have file upload fields. For your plan, you have a total 100 GB storage capacity and your account has now a total of 72.53 GB uploaded files. To free up some upload space, you need to delete submissions that have uploaded files associated with it. But please remember that deleted submissions are irrecoverable. Having said that, it is important that you backup your submission data by downloading it from the submission page.
