    Can you please assist me with this?

    Paste this code as high in the <head> of the page as possible:

    <!-- Google Tag Manager -->
    <script>(function(w,d,s,l,i){w[l]=w[l]||[];w[l].push({'gtm.start':
    new Date().getTime(),event:'gtm.js'});var f=d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0],
    j=d.createElement(s),dl=l!='dataLayer'?'&l='+l:'';j.async=true;j.src=
    'https://www.googletagmanager.com/gtm.js?id='+i+dl;f.parentNode.insertBefore(j,f);
    })(window,document,'script','dataLayer','GTM-NP37QBR');</script>
    <!-- End Google Tag Manager -->

    Additionally, paste this code immediately after the opening <body> tag:
    <!-- Google Tag Manager (noscript) -->
    <noscript><iframe src="https://www.googletagmanager.com/ns.html?id=GTM-NP37QBR"
    height="0" width="0" style="display:none;visibility:hidden"></iframe></noscript>
    <!-- End Google Tag Manager (noscript) -->

    If I'm understanding your concern correctly, you are trying to add Google Tag Manager to your form and you would like to include the script you showed us to your form script, is that correct?

    I would like to apologize, I'm afraid adding scripts to the form is not possible. What I suggest you do is use your form's full source code and host it in a website where you can also add the scripts above.

    How-to-get-the-Full-Source-Code-of-your-Form

    Also, this seems to be an advanced feature and it may require you to hire a programmer who's familiar with Google Tag Manager to work with what you are trying to achieve.

    I can submit a feature request to integrate Google Tag Manager with Jotform on your behalf, however, we cannot guarantee that it would be available anytime soon.
