You have reached the submission limit of a Free account and so your forms are automatically disabled. Free accounts are only allowed to have a 100 submissions a month. However, your current submission count is 125 which is over the limit.

I suggest you upgrade your account to keep your forms running or wait for the montly reset which happens on every 1st of the month.

Which form has been disabled? Is it in jotform itself or is it on your website? Also as answered above, please take note that there are limits on submissions allowed per form so if you have hit your limit you may want to consider upgrading because it can disable your form disallowing more submissions if any. Additionally, if you've upgraded and hit that limit or missed a payment that will create the same problem. You can check your account status by going to My Forms and then viewing your current plan. You can upgrade as needed as well by clicking on pricing - Your account can be found here: at the bottom of the page click on My Account.
