As of yesterday the email form submissions that we have for our "New customer application form" have not been making it to their respective email inboxes, usually when this happens it is an IP address change on your end.
Can you please send over the list of current IP addresses so that we can whitelist the appropriate ones?

I checked our email logs for your account and it looks like both your santas and custapp addresses are on our bounce list. You can view the same on your end:

Addresses in our bounce list will show an email sending status of Email in bounce/block list.
I removed both and emails should attempt to send once again.
