Can I turn off the JotForm notification to the prospect? I will be sending my own thank-you email

Yes, you can remove/disable the Autoresponder Email. To do that, please follow this guide:
1. Log in to your account and open your form.
2. Go to the Settings section page and select the Emails tab.
3. Hover your mouse in the Autoresponder Email and click the Delete button.
