How do I have a form notification form send to a field email?

When i go to the email notifications to configure an email, i have to fil out a recipient email address. However, i would like to use One of the field as the recipient email address, is that possible? Because every time a diiferent agent may actually be filling out a form and the notification should go to that agent specifically. thank you
