Is there a way to reformat individual PDF reports?

To design an individual PDF report, you can follow the steps that are below.

First you should click on the form that you want to design. After that you should choose submissions button just like that is shown in the image below:

By clicking submission button you will be able to choose 'Customize PDF'.

Following these steps will take you to the page that you can design the PDF.

Hi thank but this then customizes all submissions for that for given user are entering different amount of text i want to be able to reform each individual response please

Unfortunately it is not possible to customize submission PDF for individual submissions. If you edit submission PDF template, it will be applied to each submission you have received in that form.
