Trying to view my form and it says its not available. Did I violate a rule I missed or something?

Our anti-phishing filter tool automatically suspended your account because of the word "Password" on your form. As per our terms, collecting login information is not allowed here in JotForm.
I have removed the word "Password" and re-activated your account back in good status so you can use your forms immediately.

I guess I need to think of another way to confirm a password for etransfer payments then.. suggestions?

Unfortunately, there is no way to confirm a password, any form that contain such a word, would be flagged and suspended by our phishing system.
