My clients are running away because they are complaining that coupons are not working, please have a look and sort it out.

It seems that you have two forms including coupons.
When I checked your coupon codes in preview mode, they seems working just fine. However some of those coupons are applied for only one product. (i.e: business class package)
This could be the reason why you are thinking that coupons are not working. Could you be more specific about the question so that we can assist you further.
